StructureMaps Func<T> trick isn't implemented for named instances. You need to register this explicitly:

ObjectFactory.Initialize(x => {
   x.Scan(scan => {
      scan.AssembliesFromApplicationBaseDirectory();
      scan.AddAllTypesOf<IFileParser>().NameBy(NameBy);
   });

   x.For<Func<string, IFileParser>>().Use(ObjectFactory.GetNamedInstance<IFileParser>); 
});
