I would like to get your opinion on the following:

is this a good approach to manage threads ? as I see main process hung from time to time and I need to restart it.

can you foresee any issue when keeping one thread active to manage the queue and starting up more threads if needed ?

why do I see main process hung but there is no exception coming from any running thread or main process ?
