I would like to create a map which have below 3 capabilities: - (I was using some sample programs from the example & trying to combine the 3 functions.)

  1. Autocomplete (sort of working)
  2. Cluster markers (both item 2 & 3 markers not showing)
  3. Tag filter with checkbox

I have tried many times with my best effort by include some "alert" to trace the program, unfortunately with my technically almost zero, I'm not able to resolve my problems.

maybe you could be a bit more specific.. what are your problems? what errors are you getting? Have you gotten your ' 3 capabilities' to work separately? –  jenswirf Jan 19 '12 at 15:18

@wije, 3 function works fine separately. In the Initialize function I manage to pass value into the createMaker function. I also trace that the value are capture in createMarker function, is just that the marker are not able to show by default state_code=SG or when other clickbox was selected, also cluster marker was not shown. many thanks & appreciated in advance. @wije, would it be my problem at the show function? I trace my program, the show function able the do if statement when the state_code matched. just that markers not able to display! –  user1158377 Jan 19 '12 at 18:02
    
I don't see anything obviously wrong in your show function. Try this in the console; for (i=0;i<gmarkers.length;i++) {console.log(gmarkers[i].getVisible());}. It will tell you if any markers get set visible. Are you not getting any error messages? You maybe should consider linking to your project or uploading a JSFiddle, that way people may be able to help better. –  jenswirf Jan 20 '12 at 8:36
