I am working on an ASP.NET MVC3 app using Entity Framework 4.1

My problem is when trying to create a relationship between two entities to allow me to use the values in a drop down menu. When I use the following code I am getting an Inner Exception Error

InnerException  {"Introducing FOREIGN KEY constraint 'TrafficCop_PLCModule' on   table 'TrafficCops' may cause cycles or multiple cascade paths. 

I have two entities, PLCModules and TrafficCop

Within TrafficCop, I am trying to create a dropdown menu of values from the PLCModule Name column.

Here is my PLCModule entity

By using the Fluent API, I can use something like this, but I don't think this is the proper way.

protected override void OnModelCreating(DbModelBuilder modelBuilder)
    {
        base.OnModelCreating(modelBuilder);

        modelBuilder.Conventions.Remove<OneToManyCascadeDeleteConvention>();

    }

this is my final solution

protected override void OnModelCreating(DbModelBuilder modelBuilder)
    {
        base.OnModelCreating(modelBuilder);
        //modelBuilder.Conventions.Remove<OneToManyCascadeDeleteConvention>();
        modelBuilder.Conventions.Remove<PluralizingTableNameConvention>();
        modelBuilder.Entity<TrafficCop>()
                .HasOptional(p => p.PLCModules)
                .WithMany()
                .HasForeignKey(p => p.PLCModuleID)
                .WillCascadeOnDelete(false);
