I have a JPA class that I'm trying to save to a postgres 9 DB using hibernate. But I get this exception:

How did you get '71' in the insert statement as the config_type_id? It should be numeric, right? –  Todd Murray Feb 8 '12 at 16:31
    
@ToddMurray I'm not sure how it got to be 71. If I check the DB, the current value is 121. –  Oggie Feb 8 '12 at 16:47
    
I should also state that the table is empty so it's not a unique constraint exception. I wonder where hibernate is getting 71 from. –  Oggie Feb 8 '12 at 16:54
