I have installed CUDA successfully, but the problem is that when I run a make file on the server side, it gives me the following error:

make: nvcc: Command not found make: * [obj/release/PIRMatrixMul.cu_o] Error 127

Executing 'make' for the server... src/PIRMatrixMul.cu:11:19: error: cutil.h: No such file or directory make: * [obj/release/PIRMatrixMul.cu_o] Error 1

Could someone please help me with this?

This might be a dumb question, but have you installed CUDA on the server? During setup CUDA should add itself to the path variable. What's in _NVIDIA_CUDA_SDK_? Alternatively, try setting NVCC to $(ROOTBINDIR)/nvcc –  pezcode Feb 15 '12 at 19:19

I would try to identify the source of the problem by trying to compile and execute a simple program in your server using nvcc. If that does work, your problem is on the Makefile, and it would be nice to know what the variable _NVIDIA_CUDA_SDK_ contains. –  Auron Feb 21 '12 at 12:58
