I am having a problem with my application, my main form gets frozen and data receive event often is not working. In my application I have three different module sharing the same serial port. I am reading the data as line by line and separating them using string length so that I can use the data in different modules. But I am sure somehow I messed up with threading that is why my application is getting hang. Can anyone please help?

I am quite sure that somehow I did not use threading for the application so its getting heavy when it comes to process high speed data.

well, Only problem I am having with the windows frame getting frozen, I do not see received data getting processed. I think I already spoken of the problem @Brad – Shuvo Feb 20 '12 at 3:20
