I've been trying to work this piece of code for a week now. The route does not come up. My code is below.

I am trying to draw a route between two geopoints - the location which I'm retrieving from a web service.

My log doesn't show any error.

Do you want to use Google Maps? I have developed one app and used the Web Service of Google Maps in which i pass the source and destination location and it will return you the whole map. –  Scorpion Mar 12 '12 at 11:23

Here saddr = source & daddr = destination location.

Hi - your solution fits!! There's only one last issue - when it goes to google maps - it shows the route and then loads the driving directions page. How do I make sure that - the driving directions page does not show up? –  Karishma Mar 17 '12 at 5:17

Hi - I have one last question. Your solution works but I need to make the map update every time a new location is retrieved from the database for the item. In the sense that I have to show the object moving on the map - real time tracking. Have you done anything similar? Would you mind sharing? –  Karishma Mar 21 '12 at 4:29
