How do I solve this issue of osgi bundle not started?
I updated the tycho version to 4.0.7 and the error disappeared.
It seems to be a bug from version 4.0.1.

How do I satisfy this dependency osgi bundle?
I added this to the pom and that solved at least the part of the build requiring osgi bundle junit :
