How about when some of these variables are cells? should I use {} instead of [] ? I tried this but my struct becomes 0 by 0!

Nearly 30 variables! some of them are cell arrays and some of them even 5D arrays. If it really reduce the time I can do it for all variables. Also I couldn't understand the nan(3,2) or nan(3,1,9).

I checked for a larg size data, 1024 by 1024 samples, it was a little slow. Could you modify your second solution for the case that the first for loop is on B's columns? would it be faster in relative to the first solution which has a fourth dimension?

I have checked for a for example A=rand(50) and B=rand(50) and the previous solution was faster

Yeah it makes sense, You think is there any difference when you first build the C and then use it in iterations ,C( : , : , iter) or just multiply the columns in for loop?
