Multinomial distribution in PyMC
I think rv gets turned into a container (pymc-devs.github.io/pymc/modelbuilding.html#containers). You should be able to get the logp for the model by m.logp. You can also calculate it yourself by looping through and getting the logp for each element in RV. |

Oh, like you want a multivariate prior on variables with different names? I don't think there's a way to do that. You can make a multivariate variable and index into it to get the components separately and then name them. Is that what you want? |
