Thanks for your comment. If you take a look at sklearn/ensemble/gradient_boosting.py, you can see that it has a support for classification problems (look for esidual = loss.negative_gradient(y, y_pred, k=k)) |

The size of the problem is not so bad. I think in this question, all the values are integers, so there is pseudo linear algorithm, which can be completed in the order of multiple hours. |
