OK. so If I could tell you the x,y pixel of the texture, then how do we get the alpha value of that part of the texture. I don't necessarily have 1 problem. I want to use this ability in many parts of my program.

@s0n1c I think you are having to write wrappers because you are using eclipse to make java code? And you need Android NDK to use c++ libraries, Am I correct?

I've tried 4 different ways today. Textures don't work well because you need a power of 2 ratio and sub textures slow it down. Using glu to mipmap or any kinda mipmap slows it down. Using glImage API is slow because only mipmap works. So far, the fastest example i've tried is the one above.
