Job description
We are looking for the next all-star cast member of our development team! We have adopted ember as our primary web framework, and this new position is crucial to helping us ship new products and improve existing products built from a legacy web framework.
Skills & requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of UX/UI design
- Experience working with Ember.js or other client-side JavaScript MVC/MVVM frameworks
- Familiarity with CSS pre-compilers (LESS or SASS) and how to leverage them to produce a maintainable application
- Experience working with Bootstrap or other responsive design libraries
- Ability to test and debug code
- Outspoken advocate for quality development practices such as peer review and enforcing consistent code style using tools like JSHint, JSCS, and ESLint
- Self-guided learner who enjoys keeping up with the latest tech in front-end development.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Chattanooga, TN area
What Would be Really Nice:
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
- Comfortable working with Git (a link to your GitHub page would be even better!)
- Experience building visualizations in JavaScript using a library such as D3, HighCharts, and/or RaphaelJS
- Experience working with C#
- SaaS experience
