• A BA/BS, or equivalent work experience in behavioral science, human-computer interaction, computer science, or other related field - MA/MS degree preferred.
• Experience with web applications and browsers
• Competence in software testing methodology
• Experience with the software lifecycle
• Experience with issue/bug/defect tracking tools
• Experience in written requirements and use cases
• Experience with issue/defect tracking and change management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take the initiative in the quality assurance practice surrounding our clients’ applications.
• Collect testing needs from our project teams, and determine priorities that are consistent with business goals and objectives.
• Create, find, and implement automated testing methods.
• Create, find, and implement processes for manual testing.
• Create and maintain testing scenarios for our applications.
• Receive and verify bugs reported from our clients’ support teams.
• Report and document issues for our development teams.
• Test and validate features and fixes from our development teams.
• Maintain and organize documentation for system behavior.
• Plan, moderate and report remote and one-on-one usability sessions to obtain user preferences and feedback.
• Present findings and recommendations in a plan that drives future design improvements.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, and to mitigate risks.
• Generate reports and present testing results on a regular schedule
