Mike: Hmm, I can't reproduce that locally, sorry!
You: Ok, just check my bug report, you may not be using the right browser or login name. I documented it all AND included a small video of my test. Just check out the bug report in Bugzilla. I'm sure you'll be able to reproduce it.

In other words....
We are looking for self-motivated QA Engineer to work closely with our agile development team to improve our QA process. We have not had a formal QA process up until now; we welcome your ideas and your expertise. We need someone who takes great pride in finding bugs before they are released into the wild. You should also have enough technical know how to help reproduce, categorize and document bugs with as much detail as possible so a developer will never say "this is not a bug!".

Qualifications:
- At least two years QA experience testing websites
- Great communication skills; able to work with a developer to understand how the system works and breaks
- Facilitates timely releases while enforcing a defined level of code quality; understands risks and trade offs of releasing less than perfect code
- Experience creating a test plan for new features and regression testing.
- Understands the role of a database in software; able to create test data to support comprehensive testing scenarios.
- Experience with bug tracking software; able to consolidate and prioritize outstanding list of bugs.
Additional, nice to haves:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Experience with automated testing tools

About the Team
You will be working with a small team of software engineers, reporting to the CTO. We use an agile/scrum process, delivering code every 2 weeks. We have a consumer facing web application as well as internal supporting processes. We do stand-ups every morning and check-ins (almost) every night. We recently added 3 engineers to our team (to make 5). In doing so, we are modifying our development process and tools. Its a great time to join us and help make our development process better.
