PHP Full Stack Web Developer - Senior

We are looking for a full-time senior level Full Stack Web Developer to head up our development team. They will need to be driven, have passion for delivering great work and take pride in their results. In addition to managing the junior staff, you will be responsible for driving the website development division forward with your motivation and creative forward thinking.   

Your main role would be overseeing the creation and maintenance of a large number of client websites. The requires, building sites to the specifications of the graphic design team. All sites are written in either the Magento eCommerce framework or using the Yii2 framework. The front end side of development mainly consists of using bootstrap, CSS and JQuery/JavaScript for animations, menus and other widgets.

Other regular responsibilities will include putting together templates in MailChimp for email marketing, network management.

• Experience with a PHP framework such as Yii2 a plus
• Familiarity with MailChimp or similar email marketing service provider
• Familiarity with Linux and the console
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator skills an advantage also
• Friendly and positive personality
• Excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills
• An eye for detail when building to a design layout.
