Job Description

We are looking for full stack Senior Software Engineers to help us create a platform to enable employers to create an environment for employees to become give more open and honest feedback to their employer. We believe the nature of work is changing and your effort will impact the way people view employment.

A Day In The Life

Start your day whenever is best for you
Grab a cup of coffee and chocolate covered almonds then get settled at your desk
Meet with your product owner to work out the kinks in a design
Send a few messages back and forth with a backend engineer discussing potential changes to an endpoint
Fling a few nerf darts or share some laughs on Slack
Uninterrupted coding for a few hours
Stop for our stand up meeting
Review code of your peers

Skills & Requirements

What we look for

Smart people, with an unquenchable thirst to learn
A desire to work with a very modern tech stack with experience in React, Javascript, Sass & Node
You can recognize when to build it yourself versus leveraging existing frameworks and solutions.
You seek out and solve the big, hairy, audacious problems
Ability and passion to mentor junior engineers
Passion for learning new technologies and ideally write some code outside of work from time to time with an active presence on GitHub
You enjoy working in small, agile and somewhat distributed dev teams
Contributions to the open source community might make you extraordinary
