Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the Walkie platform expansion
• Lead and grow a development team
• Work closely with designers and marketing on your team and with Founders leadership
• Participate in defining the vision and strategy for the company/product you work on
• Contribute to building a culture of high performance

Requirements

• A passion for bots, slack and chat-based interfaces
• Team leadership and communication skills
• Holistic and pragmatic approach to development
• Ability to limit technical complexity in early stage products - and communicate this to the rest of the team.
• Ability to constructively collaborate with product and design
• 5 years development experience
• Hands-on experience with React
