Job Description
Experienced full stack Java developer to join our London team.
You will be a key part of our development team, building high quality scalable software.
You will be interacting with our machine learning /R&D engineers and so it would be very helpful if you have had working experience with neural networks.
Skills & Requirements
7+ years’ experience of developing high quality, highly scalable software with working experience of machine learning
• Highly proficient in Java
• Proven experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, ReactJS / Redux, HTML5, PHP, Linux.
• Proven experience with at least one RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience creating responsive websites / progressive web apps
• Knowledge of version control, configuration management and orchestration tools such as Git, Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
• Knowledge of several scripting languages such as Python, bash, Ruby or Perl.
• Some experience of machine learning would be beneficial
• Some experience of high growth highly dynamic start-up environments
• Not afraid of innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking and a real focus on teamwork.
Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related numeric field.
• Keen interest in performance, security and automation.
• Comfortable working in a distributed Agile environment with teammates around the world.
