Job description
- Working directly for the Chief Developer, the candidate will both maintain existing systems and products and develop new ones.
- Working with partners to develop and maintain business to business architecture.
- Provide guidance to support and administration staff when in-depth system knowledge is required.
Skills & requirements
- A 2.1 or above in computer science or related degree.
- Experience in object orientated development is essential and experience in web technologies including PHP is desirable, as would be experience in Java.
- Experience in Linux and Apache servers.
- The most important attribute for the candidate is that they are a quick learner with strong analytic skills and the ability to get on with things on their own.
- A good communicator who is able to talk to customers from time to time.
- An ambitious self-starter who is looking for a new challenge.
