Ionic, Angular JS, hybrid mobile developer who has also ASP.NET & EF

We need an Ionic developer who has experience with Ionic 2/3, Angular, Node JS, Jquery (needed for UI and Ionic), ASP.NET and Entity Framework (needed for web service, db and backend). This is for a mid-size hybrid application of a startup company, and we have a fixed budget for this project. Applicant developer needs to able to work remotely with the lead developer of the project. Applicant will get a fixed payment after each milestone achieved in this project. The job responsibilities requires but not limited to following technologies: Twilio API (for SMS, notifications and chat), Google Maps and Firebase APIs (for analytics and location services), Braintree (for payments).
