Systems Engineers ( Multiple Levels )

T&C Vectors is A specialist Enterprise Engineering and Enterprise Architecture Company.

[ Not exactly a software company ].

[ To be honest it isn't a full fledged company Company yet, and We are in the process  of setting it up as we move foward ].

We've worked hard to create a very large blueprint for creating a systematically engineered planet, with a systematic  & sustainable future and, we anticipate that with a good team, we should be able to create a strong company with a long standing foundation.

There are some realities we do not want to hide  - We are not a venture capital funded company therefore we are initially looking for candidates who are confident of taking up tough initial challenges without an initial salary commitment. However we are open to possibilities of raising capital by crowd sourcing (public funding) with a good paypack.

Note: we are attempting to build an enterprise with a good strong Technical culture. we are reasonably flexible in our criteria for entry, however mission oriented tenacity and continous effort, to execute a blueprint are essential credentials.

It is only fairly obvious that we are looking for high calibre and highly motivated candidates, the smartest and the sincerest Engineers in the world.
It is also essential that potential candidates take time to study our vision, and find themselves well aligned with it.

There are other positive and forward thinking aspects to joining T&C Vectors

1) This company does not have the employee - employer structures, however it encourages service oriented mentality. In that sense, if the team executes well, you could even be setting you own salaries, ofcourse under slight self restraints.

2) T&C Vectors is a 21st century Knowledge/IP oriented Company, therefore the scope avenues for growth are many. You could have  a glimpse of some of our IP to get a fair Idea. Talking about sustenance, T&C Vectors has a strong portfolio of world changing
 systems Which would drive the company forward. ( viz - Xcritical, Enterprise Focus, IQ Flux.. note: Solutions are in different stages of development.).

3) Apart from normal remuneration, Engineers joining T&C Vectors would be minority stake holders in the firm with the rest being held by a Trust/Foundation.

From a technical skill set perspective :
we are Microsoft technologies oriented ( c#, c++ sql server, memcached ),
while we do orient with to Linux/Unix technologies.

The initial core functions we are looking forward to are
1) c#/.net web development,
2) windows Cloud/SAN systems administration.

We would also like to have candidates who are confident of Technical evangelism ( Effective Spoken English ) functions apart from the Core Technical tasks.

It is Important to keep in mind - that most of the efforts would be directed into building Highly scalable systems with the entire planet in scope.

Although we are looking for candidates at all levels - our first focus is on candidates with about 6-8 years, 8-12 years and 12-18 experience.
