We’re looking for a Mid/Senior iOS Engineer to join our rapidly growing development team as scale to thousands of restaurants worldwide. Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining features on our flagship iOS app as we continue to see strong growth in the U.S and Europe.

Velocity provides insider access to the world’s best dining and hospitality experiences, including over 1,000 restaurants in London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and more.
We have recently launched Velocity Black. The world's first truly digital private members club. A no-click, no-hassle booking system that utilizes the very best in human and computer intelligence. The personal touch from your dedicated lifestyle enhancer who’ll take care of whatever you wish using your credit card details, which are housed in our military-grade encrypted security system.
We are also building a complex Enterprise SaaS product, this is our largest and most complex engineering and product work to date. You’ll see we are very much in build mode across both products, there is no maintaining going on, just innovating, iterating, scaling and creating beautiful new products!
Requirements
- At least 4 years commercial iOS experience
- Code profiling & static analysis tools
- Instruments for streamlining app and monitoring memory usage.
- Core Data knowledge
- Source control - Git, Mercurial
- Continuous Integration tool experience (such as Circle CI, Bitrise etc...)
- Unit testing
- Excellent knowledge of HTTP & memory management
- Swift 3
