Hays has partnered with a Global Service Industry leader. This role involves identifying and developing new business and service contracts within the St. Louis area also including Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
Your new role
The job duties for the Assistant Regional V.P. include the following:
- Sell company services to potential clients in the MO, OH, IN and WV area
- Manage P&L reporting and conduct strategy for increased revenue
- Work directly w/ Sales department to identifying various opportunities and educate potential customers/clients
- Assist in leading daily operations
- Ability to travel- About 75% of the time
- This position will be reporting into the Regional VP
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Proven experience with creating and maintaining client relationships
- Experience with P&L reporting
- Service industry experience a plus
- Ability to travel most of the time is needed
What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts, a Base salary from $100-120K plus Bonus and Excellent Benefit Package
