Your new company
Hays FM & Property has partnered with a leader in Real Estate Facility Services. We are searching for a polished AFM, strong with Vendor Management and able to help out in all aspects of facilities management.
Your new role
You will be on-site at a well-known end client within the Financial Services industry. As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will be expected to ensure that the client's space is running smoothly and efficiently. You will work with vendors on projects and estimates. You would also be expected to jump in and be "hands-on" whenever needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills and presentation
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and client executive team
- Strong Vendor Management background; (i.e. negotiations, analysis of work performed, etc.)
- Ability to be hands-on is really a very strong plus- (able to jump in and assist wherever and whenever needed)
What you'll get in return
