Your new company
Hays Facility Management has partnered with a leading Real Estate Facilities provider to support a well-known end client. They are looking to add a strong Facility Coordinator to their team to look after the office space at their Newark, NJ location.
Your new role
The job duties for the Facility Coordinator (FC), will include, among others:
- Regular walk-throughs and site inspections
- Working with vendors and contractors
- Work towards resolving outstanding facility issues by reporting accordingly
- Special projects and assignments, as needed
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Facility Coordinator will have experience supporting a significantly-sized office space.
They should have at least 2 years experience and possess a H.S. diploma or higher
