Oracle HCM Fusion Analyst
The Oracle HCM Fusion Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and re-engineering of corporate software systems. As a developer, responsibilities include analysis, programming, team participation, user interaction, and system integration.
- 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
- Strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF – Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc.
- Functional experience Oracle Fusion HCM applications and one or two of the following Modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Management.
- Knowledge of Peoplecode, SQR, and Workflow.
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of Peoplesoft programming while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Experienced with PCs and Microsoft Products. Knowledge of SQL and/or relational database systems desired. Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with department heads, managers, co-workers and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
