What you'll be working on

Support our Premium Customers to deploy our Software on Premise
Be part of the Customer Success Team and work very closely together with Project Managers
Help forming a scalable Technical Support Team
Define Workflows and automate repetitive tasks
Work closely together with DevOps and build and improve a Knowledge Base with them

What you should bring to the table

Experience in Enterprise Tech Support
Experience with Linux Server Management
Experience with Shell and Bash
Experience with Docker
You know how to configure: DNS, SSL, SSH, Firewalls
Friendly and professional communication
Customer focused mindset
Good English writing skills
