About this job
Global department located in 3 different regions (Switzerland, Germany and Singapore). And, organised in 5 different teams:
- 1 Pre-Processing team located in Bioggion (CH): Managing the Security Events creations and the release of the notifications
- 4 Processing teams located in Berlin (DE), Singapore (SG), Bioggio (CH and Adliswil (CH) managing mainly the instructions and bookings processes
- Overall responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring daily operations of Corporate Action Processing in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
- Ensure efficient cooperation with other Banking Operations units
- Maintain regular contact with the clients for corporate actions issues
What you need
- Initial work experience in the banking back office order processing
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
- Fluent in English and German
You will get extra points for the following
- Know-how in the Corporate Actions Processing area (both voluntary and mandatory events) is considered as a strong plus
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking System
- Knowledge of additional languages
