About This Opportunity 

Support the security program in the area of emerging cyber security risks and threats to Target Corporation, its team members, guests, or assets. Review information from multiple sources, develop action plans to be implemented and manage the overall execution of plans. Produce a range of written and verbal analyses for Target Information Protection and security leaders. Lead or participate in ongoing security projects with partners from across Target Information Protection and other Target business partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.

• Conduct analysis and trending (reports, dashboards, statuses…etc.) on internal or external information or events affecting cyber security
• Develop analytics to support prioritization of investments and remediation, and drive awareness
• Comprehend and clearly communicate complex and technical information into actionable items to assist with prioritization of projects
• Be a thought leader in Information Security and align initiatives with the business objectives of the company
• Create an identification process that identifies the company asset(s) at risk as the result of the threats and/or vulnerabilities identified.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years experience with compliance or regulatory issues
• Ability to identify problems, analyze data and present conclusions effectively
• Strong verbal, written and presentations skills
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Adobe, SharePoint)
