Ruby on Rails Engineer

Rawnet is a growing Digital Web and Mobile Application Agency, looking for a new Ruby on Rails Developer who shares our passion for great code and incredible products to join our growing team of 5 other RoR Developers.

Working from our new swish offices in Ascot High Street, you will be developing Rails Applications and Websites for both our own Products and Client work. This is an excellent opportunity for any self-motivated developer to get involved with an exciting and vibrant agency that works on challenging web and mobile projects – bread and butter cookie-cutter sites are for other agencies, we like to challenge and innovate. The right candidate will have a deep passion for writing beautiful code for a wide range of web applications.

The working environment has a fantastic atmosphere in our newly renovated studio, complete with games consoles; break out rooms (and a state of the art coffee machine)– all easily accessible from Ascot High Street, complete with Parking and 40 minute access from Waterloo.

Required Skills

• 2-3 Years Commercial Ruby Experience (Rails 2.3 and 3)
• SQL
• Write documented code that is usable in a team environment
• Knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
• Comfortable with Github
• Excited by the tools and methods needed for building great software
