Opstalent was born in Wroclaw, Poland as a family business and still remains as one.
We understand that freedom and trust are important, so there's no need for dress code or strict working hours. Our recruitment journey:
- Hit "apply" and wait for a contact from our recruiters - normally it takes 1 or 2 working days
- Intro call with us - get to know more about how we work and project specs. Don't forget to ask us anything you have in mind
- F2F or call (if remote) with our technical team - feedback in 1 or 2 working days
- We do technical tests only when strictly necessary
