- You develop a proper architecture that is able to support our forecasted scale and implement it afterwards
- You decide the necessary steps to transform our running system into the proposed one without downtimes and with the lowest risk to our running business
- You simultaneously implement features and solving operational issues
- Together with your experienced team you work in a challenging environment and use cutting edge technologies and innovative processes
- In our cross-functional teams, you regularly work with colleagues from other disciplines to develop good products together
- With your well-founded experience and skills, you are committed to continuously improve your colleagues’ know-how, methodology and quality, and you lead by example
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You are experienced and accomplished in backend development with PHP
- You have strong architecture knowledge (especially in event-driven systems and distributed systems)
- You successfully contributed to systems that write to databases in a transactional setting
- You have a very high capacity for abstraction, analytical thinking and your actions are always based on partnership
- You have the drive to continuously develop both yourself and your team further in order to become a bit better every day
- You have passion for what you do and a strong interest in current e-commerce trends and developments
- You have excellent communication skills, are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, english-speaking team
