Job description

Die Automatisierung rund um unseren Softwareentwicklungsprozess ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unserer IT-Strategie. Als Product Owner ALM verantworten Sie mit Ihrem Team die Bereitstellung von innovativen und automatisierten Lösungen für unsere Product-Teams.

Aufgaben:

  • Inhaltliche Verantwortung für die Prozesse und Tools unseres Application Lifecycle Management Prozesses
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen zur automatisierten Erfüllung von Compliance- und Dokumentationsanforderungen
  • Umsetzung einer Automatisierung von regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Beratung unserer Entwickler-Teams und Anwendungs-Architekten
  • Verlagerung aktueller ALM-Prozesse und Tools in die Cloud
  • Entwicklung von KPIs für unsere ALM-Prozesse und Weiterentwicklung dieser Prozesse anhand der KPIs

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik bzw. vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessautomatisierung und -optimierung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Service Design und Service Catalog Management
  • Erfahrung mit Policy-as-Code-Ansätzen z.B. Open Policy Agent
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im agilen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Strategische und analytische Denkweise gepaart mit hoher Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Empathie, Moderationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
