Electronics Engineer (m/f/d) Headphones

You will be involved in making sure that our headphone products are designed on a world-class level, are equipped with the optimal hardware components, and provide best user value. For this position we are looking for someone with a real passion for electronic design, a creative mindset, and the ability to foster innovation - particularly focused on headphone electronics as well as DSP processing techniques. YOUR TASKS

• Support the expansion of our headphone / earphone portfolio at the cutting edge of technology
• Ensure best work processes, a smooth flow of a great number of diverse development activities and overall best outcome
• Be responsible for the quality of the engineering work - be it electronic designs, proof-of-concept prototypes, BOM management, technical specifications, or competitive system architectures and designs “fit for market”
• Ensure market readiness for final electronic designs that meet relevant conformity requirements (EMC, LVD, etc.)
• Be a “hands-on” member of our electronics pre-development team and deliver schematic designs and pcb layouts (Altium, PADS) for various projects at the same time
• Be an active interface to other engineering teams and stand-in for your team in difficult technical discussions
• Carry out regular design reviews and identifying/solving EE related problems
• Ensure the integration of DSP solutions for wireless headphone platforms such as QCC, Airoha, ADI among others

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience and expert level in the electronic design and development of consumer products
• Proven track record in headphone/earphone electronics design
• Ability to work on a high number of projects in parallel, in a multi-disciplinary environment without losing your bearings
• Structured mindset and focus on discerning important from unimportant aspects
• Strong problem-solving skills to earn trust and influence teams as well as partners
• Able to provide positive team spirit even in challenging situations
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a similar field of study
• Keen eye for pitfalls and emerging problems combined with the ability to swiftly find solutions
• Fluent spoken and written English skills to successfully communicate with diverse teams
