About Gaia GPS
Anna and Andrew founded TrailBehind.com in 2008 to help people find great places to hike. Since then, the company has evolved to develop mapping apps of all kinds. Anna is the real nerd of the two - an ex-Google programmer, with degrees in math and computer engineering, she calls all the technical shots. Andrew handles the business side of things, and writes client-side code. The team includes 2 other deeply technical, full-time developers, and two part-timers.
