Job description
We are looking for a Front-end Developer to build out our internal and external web platforms, including developing prototypes and final implementations of a number of new projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement user interfaces that work flawlessly across all major browsers using client-side technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Proven track record in design, prototyping, and content creation
- Work with our product team to build and enhance our internal publishing platform
- Work with our marketing team to build and enhance our growing portfolio of web properties
Skills & requirements
Requirements
- Expertise in standards based, hand coded HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Outstanding attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with or basic understanding of back-end development
- Experience with a version control system (Git a plus)
Ideal
- Experience with client-side frameworks such as Bootstrap and JQuery UI
- Experience with client-side data frameworks such as AngularJS
- Experience with responsive design for mobile and alternative platforms
