Millions of people across the developing world do not have reliable access to essential services like telecommunications and electricity.
Nomanini has developed a range of portable payment terminals and an integrated management platform to cost effectively and easily allow merchants to sell these services where they are needed most.
We believe in cross-functional people and highly autonomous teams. All of us have a broad knowledge of our system and are able to work where we are needed, from embedded devices to back-end and front-end. We pair program to test ideas and share knowledge in real time. We use test driven development to keep us honest and continuous integration ensures that we are talking to each other. Our giant Kanban pinboard radiates information for everyone to see. Our desks have wheels so that we can regroup and swarm on problems.
