Using XSD.EXE I generated a *.cs file to serialize XML. When I serialize I get the error

"The same table 'DefaultFont' cannot be the child table in two nested relations."

Why do I receive the error? Can I fix the error without using XSLT transforms?

Some of your generated classes have AnonymousType=true set in XmlTypeAttribute. When I modify this and add real class names - the error goes away. Here's full working sample (note that I added 'MemoPrompt' and 'PromptPlugin' class names to XmlTypeAttribute):
