I want to create my own option Sync Note under my application account, besides Sync Calendar and Sync Contact. To this end, I have created my own custom SyncAdapter. However, I am still unable to see these options displayed under my account.

Problem Solved Here I have created my own Sync Notes mechanism as per my requirement for this i have to create following things.

1)Create own provider for handling synchronization which extend Content Provider. 2)Create own Service for data operation. 3)Create Sync Adapter in res/XML. 4)Register Provider in your manifest file. 5)Register your Service in manifest file.

1)Create own provider for handling synchronization which extend Content Provider.
