Set correctly? NO REMOVE the following list so DEFAULTS can support your effort from [mysqld] section

sort_buffer_size
read_buffer_size
read_rnd_buffer_size
join_buffer_size

to improve(reduce) response time.

Why would you intentionally read 16M for read_rnd_buffer_size when you could get the data you need with the DEFAULT of 256K ?

Innodb_buffer_pool_size is very less as compare to size of RAM. It should ideally be 70% of size of your RAM for best performance.
