I am using iTextPdf to generate text watermarking on a page. Currently a watermarking showing up in the center of the page, but I would like to add multiple watermarks (45 degrees) all over the page. If the watermark is small, I need two or three watermarks on the same line

A little math can go a long way, use some basic trig to calculate the x and y changes you will need for the given angle and iterate over your page width and height painting the text.
