I normally use OpenCV on Ubuntu but need it on a CentOS 6.5 server. I have installed it OK from source under /usr/local and am able to use it with CUDA from Python 2.7.8, however I am unable to get cmake to recognise OpenCV is present even for a simple test program.

but it set OpenCV_FOUND to FALSE so package "OpenCV" is considered to be

  • CMake will look for the files OpenCVConfig*.cmake which are located in /path/to/opencv/share. You need to put these files in some place that is accessible by CMake like /usr/local/share/OpenCV/ – Jcao02 Oct 24 '14 at 7:55
