I'm using pyqtgraph to plot graphics where I put some text (for example the max of the data...)

My question is how to know the size (height, width) of a TextItem input? It's for controling its place for avoiding being out of the window.

For example my code could be this :

  • Thanks again for your previous answer. Is the case presented, where the pg.plot is" alone", viewPixelSize return in fact the scaling factors. Now I'm working in a GraphicsLayout with several addPlot, and in this case I can't find the way to know the scaling factors.I tried looking for the pixel size of the graphics window, but I can't find the conversion between pixel and point size. Do you know the solution?
