what does it mean ?

  • i dont have any dynamic alloc in that class?

this is the cunstructurs class apprantley cuses the leaking

  • Have you tested valgrind without using this particular class? Additionally, you never initialize oData to something meaningful, though this is beside the point – Andrew Fan Oct 7 '15 at 16:14

There probably isn't enough code sample provided here, but the principle should always be:

Every new() must be matched by a delete()

I presume (but cannot see) that within create::DoCommand(std::string*, OS&) you call new() on a memory class, without a corresponding delete()
