Hi i try configure varnish 4 in ubuntu 12.04

Any progress here? It's definitely worthwhile to check the Vary header of the response, as I wrote below. – Laizer Dec 4 '15 at 8:11

It's worthwhile to check if your backend is returning a Vary header. If, for example, it was returning Vary: Accept-Language, then even subtle differences in the Accept-Language string of the request would result in a cache miss. See Varnish docs on the topic.

in headers is lack of Expires tag - when is added, varnish start caching.
