The configuration section 'entityFramework' cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration

Question

I've been working on this project for quite a while. But now it just crashed after I added Identity. The error is as according:

The configuration section 'entityFramework' cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration

It's some IIS error I think, because that's what the page is saying.

You are missing a section as the error says:
