I have implemented this with oracle database and compare with insert, update and delete data in source table which will sync to destination table.

Please follow below steps

You can simply do it like

(select * from table1 minus select * from table2) 
union all
(select * from table2 minus select * from table1) 

This will give you the records which are missing from the two tables.
