I am trying to find whether or not two convex polygons intersect. I read that one of the most efficient way is using The Method of Separating Axes. I found some code in this book http://www.geometrictools.com/Documentation/MethodOfSeparatingAxes.pdf but I am kind of confused. What does the function Dot do?
